He has crashed it I suspect and got that front cheap, at least paint it the right colour.

Dont think so.... Motorway commuter + has all the original parts to put back to standard.

Just cos he has the parts now, doesn't mean he had them when he crashed it (if he did).
He could've bought it damaged, he could be lying with the details, either way, it's a crime to do that.
