Default clutch spring bolts.

I stripped the head on one of the bolts, just about to go extract it but was wondering ...

Are the bolts special in any way? coated and what not?
Could i use a similar eg. high grade steel bolt of the same length?

thanks
Badger.

I would change all or stick with OE, I'd be happy with a moderately high tensile (8. bolt in that application but I wouldn't use a different one in one place as it should be balanced
