Default OLYMPICS - celebrate it then !

Locog have announced 1million more tickets will go on sale "soon" ...
ohh, really, which tickets pray??? Football perhaps ? or cycling at Box hill, everyone will want to go there, so why not charge them £50 a pop...

That us lucky people will be able to buy ground passes, to soak up the atmosphere, ( you wont get to see any events but never mind that )

There will be a re-admission system for unwanted / used tickets like at wimbledon - good idea , blimey, theyve finally done something half decent...

but theres still no news on the hockey, except you can get tickets for the final for £500 from Cooks, inclusive of hotel...

Its getting more like the spoof 2012 everyday, altho i did admire Seb Coe for going on that show...

I'll be glad when it's all over and I can my workplace back. I seem to spend all my time with Korean and Chinese film crews at the moment as they are big into their archery. Once the exclusion period starts LOCOG take over but until then I'm left to look after them.

2012 is one of the funniest things on TV at the moment. I thought Seb Coe did well to keep a straight face for his bit - he was struggling a little!

Fixed for you, the rest of the country including working/unemployed average Londoners couldn't be bothered with these vanity games. I actually feel sorry for those poor sods who have to work down there and find their way to work disrupted, Ever more so cramped public transport. Hotel and restaurants charging even more over the odds etc.

I hope the weather is fine during the olympics and that way I can play out instead of it being rammed down my throat every time I turn the goggle box on.

Heard something on R4 the other week that said that over 100 firms have 'vanished' after being evicted in order to build the olympic village, 50 od had stopped trading and the rest couldnt be found, I actually like the olympics just cant see why everything always has to be in London ? why not the midlands or the north ?

I like some events tbh, but the ticket farce has put me right off.

Why you cant just buy a ticket for the event you want (like at any other show/sporting event) is beyond me.

I'll watch the euro champonships much more i think.
