Default Post GM Depression?

Any one else out there suffering with it?

I made all these promises to start the monthly runs again, but I just can't find the enthusiasm to get off my arsenal and get motivated.

I think you really need to steel yourself and knock up a route for August, from the Forth road bridge heading off north from 10:00 am and arriving back at Forth road bridge or Erskine bridge about 4:30 ish. You know it makes sense.

Yes! That's why I have planned to go over to Armoy for the road racing next Saturday.

Sorry, just at £25 for the ferry and free racing! Just can't resist. Plus Irish roads are excellent, road surface to be jealous of.

Ps . Sat in pizzahut in Belfast typing this!

for that £25 you could have spent a day with me on the sunday watching my super dooper racing skills on our fine fecked road surface but you'd rather spend it with the rainbow chasers. look i know i smell but this is getting beyond a joke.
