Yup, sorry for asking. But in my experience football and bikes are like Win or Mac. You like one and hate the other! Now, I like my bikes and am about to start bike shopping in September so I have no interest whatsoever in the coming football season. I played fantasy premier league and dream team to humour my workmates last year and lost miserably. They took and still take great pleasure pointing this out.
![]() So..... Is there anybody on here that really can help me out on this? A weekly email tip to maybe give me an edge...... I would even allow you login details to tinker (I am very trusting)! When I get my bike soon I will be at the next gathering and the beer will flow. Well, as long as I dont come last. I dont need to win, I just need to NOT come last. |

But, in the interest of Org solidarity I would be happy to help with a cheeky tip or two. Tip one - Strikers get the most points, spend money on a good one; Tip two - the bench is for crap (i.e. very low value) players; Tip three - find a unfussy, difficult, orrible team like Stoke and pick one or two of their defenders. Then stick with em' cause although Stoke are dirty and boring, they don't concede. Would be happy to pass on further tips as required. |

Also, a holy grail is any defenders from solid-ish sides that regularly take penalties / free kicks. Denis Irwin was a magnificent FF point-scorer for me back in the day, Ian Hart was also good when Leeds were still a strong side.
