Default Street Triple Reg-Rec Recall

As above, if your frame number ends in 456776 or less, contact your friendly dealer for a new reg-rec free of charge.
This will be most of the round headlight bikes, as well as Daytonas.
Suzuki and Kawasaki use the same reg-rec, so MAYBE there's a slight chance thay will also do the honourable thing?
ps: this is not on DVLA recall site, and contacting your dealer appears to be the only way tosort it

Triumph are replacing with MOSFET style reg/recs instead of SCR type which are much better. Good to see.

It'll be the same or similar reg/rec that is on the Gladius

triumph dont do recalls very often,as they dont own up to any problems on there bikes, even when it involves a conrod hanging out of the bottom of the engine

Interestingly or not the RAC chap who visited me last night that I got chatting to said that the reg/ recs on new Triumphs were a Ducati design that was rubbish. They keep on failing and as the RAC have a contract with Triumph to cover the new machines they were being called out to quite a few...
