Hi - yeh I've still got it. It's a single strap that goes under the rear seat or cowl.

I have a north face down bag and that fits in. I couldn't say for sure though as I've no idea how big your sleeping bag is.

30l is surprisingly roomy though so as long as its not a double sleeping bag you should be fine.
