Default Tonight Matthew...

... we have been mostly drinking JD and Coke. Following an average day, Mrs B(barbara) and I went for a curry. A chicken Shaslik starter was followed by a pheasant murghi, mushroom pilau, Bombay Aloo and a stuffed paratha(way better than a Naan). Mrs B was doing the taxi-ing, so I had several Cobra to wash it all down.

Now, its loud music, sorry but it Jailbreak by Thin Lizzy, and JD. Is there a better weekend.?

One day into my 3 day bike ride.
I had turkey and all the trimmings for dinner.
Now enjoying JB and Coke and a good cigar in a rockiing chair on the front porch of my hotel room, overlooking a splendid view of the mountains.

Sorry, you asked.

How about this:

Got up at 2:30 and sat in my pants for about an hour. Had a 1 hour response callout. Attended and fixed (switched on a socket) for four hours double bubble. Got a double whopper meal on my way home. Moved some stuff into and out of my van. Took some recycling to Sainsburys. Went home and sat for a while (not in my pants). Went to get a large chicken shish kebab and some Humous. Watched the Awakening. Rubbish. Watched Porn Shoot Masacre with a bottle of Peroni and a can of Strongbow. Utter UTTER rubbish. Now I'm going to do man stuff. In my pants.

Beat that!

Had a fire in my garden which i lit with petrol, then consumed x cans of festival strength cider. Finished the evening by watching some action films and family guy. Awesome.

As good as firing up your homemade smoker, filling it with delicious meats and consuming the goods 5 hours later after tinkering in the garage and catching up with friends???

I'm guiding for fly fishermen in the Canadian Rockies all weekend. Bears, deer, eagles and hawks everywhere. Its 30 degrees, not a cloud in the sky and we're BBQing every night. Oh, and the fish are monsters!

Do I win? ))
