I know that the SV is meant to be a budget bike but I can't help thinking that odd bit of scrap metal bent between the right hand kick-plate and frame looks really crap.
You know. The bit of cadmium plated Meccano near the rear brake master cylinder. Does it really matter if that gets removed? I imagine Suzuki wouldn't bother if it wasn't necessary but I wonder if it's more of a lawyer issue. Anyone found a way to get rid of theirs? Thanks, Mark |

it stiffens up the rearset for braking. i have use it with and without and with is better.
easy they are bolted on. one bolt in the frame and one bolt at the back of the plate. |

I took mine off and painted it silver, it now blends into the frame more and is less obvious.
