Longer dog bones (rear shock linkage arms) will lower the back. Not sure if it's the best way but it's one way.
There are companies out there who say they can lower the bike without affecting the handling. Jhs racing are my local sv specialist and they offer this service. Not sure how much but google 'em and I'm sure you could find out more.

I've got a set of lowering dog bones. Lowers the bike by 30mm IIRC. Definitely affects cornerings (IMO) - feels much better as standard.

£15 delivered, if you're interested.

How much do you need it lowered by?

Scoop the seat out is a cheap and effective way without affecting handling.

Aftermarket shock with ride height adjustment is another.

Dropping forks through the yokes.

And longer dog bones.

First up should be a lowered seat or reshape your current seat. If that doesn't lower it enough then you can fit longer dogbones. You can also drop the front forks through the yokes a little to maintain similar handling qualities.
