why do companies think they can use your data once they have it as they see fit even though you told them that you want no marketing from them to ever come threw your letterbox?

does that not come under the misuse of data?

i'll have you know my postman is great. a nice happy chappy that takes care of your post, no bent envelopes or kicked about boxes.

well i know for certain how the company i told not to send me marketing got my details but obliviously they haven't listened so will be phoning them again tomorrow for an explanation as to why they have used my data without my permission for their gain. ding dong, round one.
