Default Transport Sanction Credit Adjustment.

TSCA From now on will be awarded/deducted however the Transport Minister sees fit,

Such sanctions will take place due to thread derailment (thus making it a tad more difficult to decipher when, where a rideout is taking place and who is turning up).

Also making excuses as to no shows at Cabinet Meetings/rideouts/BBQ's, such excuses will be assessed by the Transport Minister and credits will be unchanged or deducted accordingly.

No whinging or more sanctions will be levied!

No TSCA can be credited or deducted by any other Cabinet Member!

Organising Annexation recce's, depending on results will result in substantial TSCA.

Dear Minister for Administrative Affairs,

Before awarding any TSCA I wish to know if your department is happy to collate the credits for TSCA or is it going to be left to the Transport Minister?

Yours Faithfully,

Transport Minister.

This seems to overlap with sustainability credits, it might need discussion at the next cabinet meeting but in principal I'm happy to take on any administrative duty.

Yes, it does. It's clearly just Nathan's way of telling people off for things that bug him.

It does not overlap see post 5......

TSCA is solely a Transport Issue, don't panic too much about tracking not many will be awarded.........anywhoo back to work.

TSCA:

Andrewsmith -25 for constant thread derailment, and generally being a tit!
Littlepeahead -2 far too happy to derail threads at a whim.

Not required. Existing credit regime more than adequate. All citizens welcome to make GMCA recommendations which will be processed by my Automated Reviewing Sustainability Engine for validity and formally applied as necessary.

Open for debate and I'll go with majority view but my recommendation is NOT REQUIRED.

This could get messy. Thunderace is probably bullying someone out of frustration as we speak.

The existing regime is not adequate the Minister changes the rules to accommodate his credit allocations at will, as soon as this is corrected TSCA will cease.

For example introducing ROCA was fine for the Minister to dish out credits for good attendance as soon as someone else does it apparently is no longer the way it is done, thus TSCA has been introduced to not reward for good attendance but to punish for lack of attendance, if in doubt refer to OP.

Unlike GMCA & ROCA, TSCA is not up for debate and the rules will not change as and when I see fit. For rules see OP.
