Thumbs up thanks cupar motorcycles

would just like to say that cupar motorcycles has been fantastic customer service lately. needed a few odds'n'sods like pinlock pins etc.etc. and have sent everything down to their kirkcaldy shop for me which has saved me having to go to cupar. have priced a few tyres in the kirkcaldy shop and they are very very competitive for loose wheels, it's working out to be about £10 on top for fitting but their tyre prices are the same as busters. the staff are always friendly, helpful and have gone the extra mile.

fantastic service guys.. keep it up

ok a little plug time... since they have been so good i'm going to give them a little plug.. workshop rates are 1/2 price till the end of december, normal hourly rate is £50 and now £25.

out of all the bike shops i have been in Cupar and Saltire have been the best but Cupar comes in 1st place.

When I was shopping for the Zed, they had a cracking offer on AND were going to pick me up from Edinburgh to go sort the bike out.

Unfortunately the rest of the Logistics didnt quite work out, so I didnt go with them, but I would have liked to.

Maybe next bike then, can fly up, take it to my folks near Dundee, run it in a bit till the 1st service, get them to do it then head for home

Cupar staff are friendly and helpfull and nice to see some praise where it is due.

Shame some of their 2nd hand bikes are quite overpriced.

Strangely cupar stock some none oem parts eg. Exhaust clamps etc. And recommended them to me a couple of years ago during the rebuild. Their sv mechanic races minitwins and is a fountain of knowledge.

their new bikes are very very keenly priced and to be honest i don't know why people go anywhere else.

yup was looking for a cppl bolts and i asked the parts lad to have a word with the garage as i know they must have hundreds kicking about. low and behold yup it was the racer who piped up 'this is what he wants' and promptly handed them to the parts lad who is keeping them behind the counter for me
