A mate of mine who has just moved to London is looking for a place to live. She is working in Hanwell, but currently living in Newham, so looking for somewhere more west. If you have (or know of) anything available, give me a shout and I'll pass on the details.

A mate has a house share in Finchley and two of the three are moving out within a couple of weeks. It's £488+ bills or about £720 all in. If she's interested let me know and I'll hook them both up.

Cheers Darren, I'll let her know. Is that covering the cost of only 2 people in a house-share for 3...or would that cost be on top?

That's based on 3 sharing. My friend will advertise if he can't find anyone through word of mouth.
