Default Insurance renewal

Anyone had a renewal quote higher than this one?

http://twitpic.com/bxxs2e

(For the benefit of those too lazy to click the link, it's a bargain £943395.28 plus IPT @ 6%)

What the actual f*ck??! How can they even explain that one apart from an error. You rang them up?

I'm still waiting on my renewal quote, had a nosy online at prices and £650( including interest on monthly payments) on go compare 2 yr no claims tpft.
Hope my renewal is cheaper though. Was £800 ish last year with Carole Nash, mods declared tpft 1 yr no claim and bike valued £2.5k

I'm 25 my renewal in Feb has been quoted at £112 or £147 with breakdown. That is fully comp.

That's about what I paid a couple of years ago for the gixer on its own, TPFT.

This particular renewal originally came in around 1500 quid for both bikes, but I declined on the basis I could get cover elsewhere for far less. So now they've sent me the MIB "you are no longer insured" letter with this revised renewal quote. It was good for a laugh, if nothing else.

I think you may want to shop around a bit. Could possibly save yourself a few quid
