Default Tank prop and fuse location?

Hi Guys,

Two questions,

I opened the rear passenger seat ( storage) and can not seethe tank prop and also the fuses are hanging in there , do they have a place tomount them on ?

Also, do you guys risk mounting the spare helmet on one thepassenger seat hooks ? in the manual it says it is for pillion helmet, is thatreally the case and does not stretch the helmet strap to rip it off ?

Thanks

There's a good chance the tank prop is missing, mine was. Just use a bungee rope connected from the two small holes at front of the tank to the pillion grab rail.

a piece of wood left under the tank works best I find, tank prop is bendy and you end up with the tank falling on your hand if you aren't ultra careful.

I's say using a bit of wood as a prop is going to make the tank fall on your hand more than the oem prop which i find is the least bit bendy tbh.

The tank props are really good, you must be using it wrong.

I would NOT use those hooks on the move myself.

Exactly which model of SV do you have?

It is stated in my gixxer manual not to use the helmet locks on the move, as above.
