Hi all.... I need a new front tyre. I currently run Avon Storm Ultra 2's both front and rear, my rear only has about 500miles on it at the moment. Ive been offered a pair of Avon Azaro Pro Xtreme Rain's for less than the cost of a Storm ultra 2 front. I ride in all weathers (including snow) and my weekly mileage varies massively from 0 to up to 300miles a week. Has anyone had an experiences with these (im thinking of changing both front and rear for the winter and then sticking the rear back on again in the spring) Any help/comments/experiences greatly appreciated

yes, they are very good, but then they are designed as trackday wets (road legal though), single compound and very effective at what they do, down side is they will overheat and eat themselves in the dry (think 1,000 miles), a specialist tyre; no where near the rounded performance of the Storm 2's.
Cheers Mark.
