Default 6ft2in - SV is too low, raising advice please.

Me again, advice if you please, the guy I got the bike off was a reet short ****. As in the title I'm 6ft2, now the bloke I got the bike off did say he has smaller dogbones on her and a shaved seat, now iv put origional seat back on but before I start stripping bits down n takin bits appart, would it make much difference or should I get a new kit to raise it or what. I have no idea what to do. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

P.s before we get into this I'm the kinda guy who dosnt know a left handed spanner from a right lol.

Hi mate im 6,4 and I changed the dogbones for ones that raised the bike up.
This doesn't change the distance from the seat to the foot pegs but does from the seat to the floor.
So its a lot more comfy for me when waiting with a foot down, say at lights or in traffic.

Complete doddle to do as well only a couple of bolts to undo, but I do have a abba stand so bike was level and without any weight on rear wheel.

put axle stands under the rear foot pegs to keep the swing arm and wheel suspended
