CURVY 1999 SV650S For Sale - Bangor, North Wales £800 - may swap/px for a car?

Back up for sale again! This time its really going, need either the cash towards a car, or may swap for something like a Golf/passat. - or even a Canon 5D mark 2 camera body if you have one!?

I've had this bike for a few years now, used it on and off, nowadays don't get time at all, or have space for all the gear - so needs must it has to go!

Its on around 18,500 miles,
MOT until August I think (need to find the certificate)
NO TAX - currently SORN

Its had a few running problems, where it would run rough then cut out, I've had the carbs and fuel system out to clean, also replaced the spark plugs, coils, and the rubbers that the carbs sit on (£80!!!), new battery - which seem to fix it for a while, and then same thing happened again. This was a few months ago, and have never got round to getting it sorted properly.

Its at the point now where it will turn over, but not fire up.

I reckon it is probably the regulator/rectifier - but to be honest I dont have the time or money to spend on it at the moment - if I had a spare one I would try that.

So going as it is, will probably be an easy fix for someone - and a good bike afterwards, the (maxxis) tyres have good tread and not many miles on them too.

Also has a Beowulf can, and still have the original if you want that.

Few little marks and scratches here and there, otherwise its tidy.

If somebody does want it, obviously it will need putting on a trailer or in a van to take away - no tax and not running!
