New owner questions.

few questions about issues im having completely new to bikes
sv650s 2004 31k miles.. i know its fairly high
1. one day my electrics died, and wouldn't come on atall, few hours later all fine ( green plug fine.. no fuses blown )
2. bike vibrates excessively in my opinion compared to my friends newer model
3. the revs are never consistent in my opinion. i feel a little bump every so often, best way to describe the feeling of someone with a heart murmur, just skips a beat or beats too weak or low at times.
4. should it be idling at 1? feels weak i just wondered if thats a normal idle may adjust the screw

That idle speed is too low, you want around 1200 or a bit more. It would be worth adjusting the throttle position sensor (look on here for "TPS adjustment") and getting the throttle bodies balanced. It will run a lot smoother with those adjustments.

2. Are the vibrations coming from the bars or the bike as a whole? If its mainly the bars, then bar end weights may help
