Russian Dash Cams
There was some mention of these on a different thread, seen a lot of these vids on youtube but think I have just found my favourite, this one has everything you could wish for in a display of crazy driving and hardcore 'russianness'

at 3.05 when he goes through the puddle, the full video is funny. The guy in the car was driving like an idiot and then suv guy saw his window was open so flew through the puddle
