Entirely predictable.

They've not claimed they didn't do it, they've pleaded not guilty to the charges, they will try to claim that they've been charged with the wrong offence, while generating as long a trial as possible to get coverage.

Its all about the publicity,including the comedy names.Its something we have to put up with IMO though as the price of living in a relatively free society.The alternative would be secret trials,historically proven to be a really bad idea.
