Its the natural first step to buying a Triumph. One day you'll be blatting along the B7076 tucked in and suddenly you'll think OMG what am I doing these are jail speeds. Then you'll upgrade to something Brittish. Trust me I've been there.

it is nice though.

Can I get shot Mr?

750 Chris,

Yes, chucca you are probably correct. I am following in your steps, you are my biking Yoda.

Paid cash for this one just in case I get that exact thought. Might be just for this year or might be a keeper, will have decided by the time I get home from the GM this year or even maybe the after first 500 mile weekend and I am crippled.

But if i don't do the sports bike now, I never will. Looked at speed triples and tigers (sport, 800) but the time is not yet right. I well imagine my next bike probably be a upright naked / big traillie.

But for now, I have to do this and am so excited about it. Been on ebay already looking at all the nice shiny anodised bits and blue screen, along with suitable t-shirt, flowery shorts and flip-flops, which I believe is de rigueur in gixxer circles.

Seriously considering upgrading my k3 600 to a 750, I can never justify new to myself. So probably L10/L11 with weekend warrior miles.

enjoy.

Best move I ever did was eventually shift my twin mindset to IL4 which actually took some time. Totally different riding style. Hitting brakes before bends, wobbling though and screaming out. Now I am a proper weekend warrior even if I haven't ridden since last October.

See with the 3 you don't use the brakes like a twin, but you can scream it through the corner like a 4.
Every ones happy.
