Hi all,
After nearly 4 months since I passed my test (A2), it suddenly occurred to me that my full aftermarket exhaust might be putting me past the 46.6bhp that I'm licensed to handle. Is this likely? If it is, is there any point in having the restrictor plates fitted if they are not actually restricting it too 46.6BHP? The way I see it if mr police man decides to investigate my bike and it's power output, I'm fubared either way (with restrictor and aftermarket exhaust, or without the restrictor) Thanks in advance Ryan |

What bike have you got (includin year) and how is it restricted?
Most Kits are for the older 33bhp restriction level so your likely be well inside anyway!

It's a curvy 1999 two carb plate thingies bought from kick start engineering on eBay. They are definitely for the 47bhp restriction.
I fitted them myself and had them checked and the certificate signed by a garage, not that the piece of paper makes a blind bit of difference haha! |

Then the only way youre going to know for sure is to get a dyno run done yourself.
