Default sv650, dl650 braided oil cooler lines.

After taking my high mileage dl650 offroad at the weekend i managed to crack both oil cooler lines so it was losing lots of oil. With the price of oe. suzuki ones being ... ALOT... and needing them quick i made a set of stainless braided hoses up to replace them and stop the cracking problem in the future as they are flexible. I think you will probably agree that they look great!

They will also fit the sv650.

I can knock these out at £75 + £5 postage to the UK.

Postage to the US or europe etc will be higher.

Pm me if you would like a set as i dont get much of a chance to get on here and check the thread these days.

Posting your comments on the price of something the OP is selling is against for sale section rules, unless they are asked for.

If you don't like the price someone is asking then don't buy, simple.

Thank you dirty dog. No need though, if someone has a concern over the price I am happy to explain the pricing basis.

Regards

Hi there, yes i can mate. I have got quite a bit of interest in them at the minute so i will make up a batch of a dozen or so i think.

By the way, you might want to remove your phone no from the site..... not a good idea to be putting your phone no. all over the internet mate

Im going to look into making them over the next week or so. Hope thats ok.

Hi mate I'm interested in a set as I've just found one of mine is cracked and the oil is smoking beautifully as it evaporates on the exhaust

How easy are they to fit? I'm not a complete numpty but don't have much experience. Are there any extra bits I'll need to get? Seals and the like? Also how does draining the oil work? I presume I need to do that too.

Hi there. No extra parts are required. Its really easy to fit them and if your careful you need not empty the oil. So long as your quick yourll only lose 50ml or so.

If your not to far i can fit them for free.

Hi, are you able to do these still? Can you make them with aluminium ends instead of stainless?
Cheers, Jay.
