Just wipe them down (in frequently) with baby wipes. I was once told the lanalin in them does the leather good but tbh i only use them to remove ex-bug splats.

When I got my leathers from hideout they recommended something called Mustang hide food. Any leather conditioner product will do well whether it's for a sofa or leather jacket.

I use Nikwax leather "conditioner" to soften new leather. It can also be used to revive dried leather.
I'm wary of using it too often as it softens the leather each time it is applied.
Cleaner/proofer is probably better for regular use.
