Default 97 Dr350 SET SM / Enduro

It really pains me to do this but needs must and it always goes to the mighty .org before it hits fleabay.
and if theres no interest id be more than happy to keep hold of my baby.

new job, new commute, new everything and i cant have this sitting while the other bikes get neglected anymore.

So some of you will have seen my rebuild, if you haven't have a flick through in the sig.

Much has changed since the last post and the bike is a real champ.

The bike;
R reg Dr350 - 376cc
20150 miles ( will go up as im still commuting on it / weekend blats on back lanes and the odd green lane )

Comes with:
17" polish rims ( hagon stainless spokes and nipples + inner rim tape )
21" / 18" dirt wheels with spare rears.
standard tank
Acerbis big tank
long offroad front mudguard
acerbis supermoto mudguard
original rear mudguard
3 oil filters
13-14-15 tooth front sprockets

whats new:
Digital dash
new bars
Bar risers
New throttle tube
hand guards
polisport headlight
new rear mudguard
edge 2 brake light
LED indies all round ( flasher unit to match )
new clutch plates and stronger springs / new thrust washers
wiseco 2mm overbore piston kit
lapped in valves
Wassle reg/rec ( dr charging problems all sorted + new earths )
new mirrors
new grips
fork brace
fully rebuilt front and rear suspension
Hagon springs up front
fully rebuilt ( vapour blasted and powder coated ) calipers
Braided lines all around
Polished forks and swing arm
oil cooler + original parts to put back to standard.
new clutch and throttle cables
powder coated frame.
new gear change lever
new seat cover ( its grippy )
all of the wiring tidied up and old bits replaced.
scorpion exhaust ( nice sound but not too loud.... just right )
New yuasa battery
New 520 o-ring chain
New carb diaphragm
uni air filter
re jetted to suit
Custom made brackets for key and dash.
Conti force SM tyres ( stick like **** in wet, ice and a stick to something sticky when hot )

Come with all the original bits as well so can always be put back to factory standard.

Hopefully anyone that's seen the bike knows its been loved, not neglected or bodged in the slightest ( i'm incredibly anal ) and made sure everything was perfect.

The bike has been used for commuting, rideouts, green lanes, weekend back roads, going to see friends for simply just to go out on an aimless ride on.

it has always been serviced with oil changed, valve checks regularly, and over the last 4 years of owing it, its been a blast all of the time and never once let me down....taking it apart doesn't count...but has always started on the button and got me where i need to be in wind, snow, rain or shine.

On the original 9L tank 100mile is roughly 7L of fuel = 65mpg and thats not taking it easy at all.

it really is a joy to bimble on and is light enough to hammer and chuck around in traffic.
The brakes while small also stop the thing on a penny.

theres just to much to say and talk about the bike that i cant fit it all in but im happy to chat to anyone and ask questions or give me a PM.

For the bike, All of the wheels tanks and extras im looking for £2K as this is a tidy bike with 2 bikes rolled into 1, still holding its bulletproof reputation and not looking shabby for an almost 20year old dinosaur.
Most people still stare at it as i go past as no one has a clue what it is.

if you want to come view more than happy and test rides are welcome with full cash in my hand and insurance to boot.

Bike and all the bits - £2k and offers

Willing to let the bike go without extras for a lower price
-no dirt wheels or acerbis tank - ( sensible offers please )

MOT & Tax - 31/8/14

Forgot - All paperwork and books, past MOT's back to 1997 present with v5 in my name and its data tagged.

It's quite an unfortunate thing with project bikes that mate they never seem to fetch what they're worth despite if you wanted one you'd spend that and more doing it yourself.

Funny thing value. Good luck with sale.

Yup that's what I'd do.

That and be incredibly rude to all the mouth-breathers on ebay "ill gi u 200 for it and can pik up tomoz" and "do u wanna swap 4 a 1.4 corsa fastasfookinnitmate".

Haha I tell them where they can go.

Called ones bluff the other day who made a stupid offer so I told him okay and was forcing him into it.
Never heard someone so panicked before.
