I had a low speed drop onto the lhs which didn't do much damage but the transit connect that hit the front end has twisted the forks and possibly the yokes too. So my question is what is the best recommended front end upgrade that I could do for the same price as factory oem replacements

Standard and probably the cheapest.
GSXR forks from 2001 to 2003 - GSXR 600, same forks as the SV1000, you can use your clip ons, calipers etc. Cheap Upgrade. GSXR forks from 2001 to 2003 - GSXR 750/1000, USD forks, you can use your clip ons, calipers etc. TL1000 and Hayabusa 1300 use the same forks. Better brakes. GSXR forks from 2003 (1000cc) to 2009. USD forks with radical mounts, you need to buy radial calipers, even monoblocs and best off with a radial master cylinder. Last edited by Bobbydigital36; 21-07-14 at 08:32 PM. |
