2011 SV650S year compatable list

Hi all,

I have gone back 20 pages and tried a search with no info.

A few questions ( please be nice )

1. Has the engine changed on a 2011 model compared to a 2008 ( can I use a 2008 Haynes service manual )

2. If I want to search for after market parts what other years can I use for example huggers, hard luggage, fairings etc...

3. Due to family commitments, weather and major illness I have a new 2011 sv which has only done 1200 miles in 3 year It had its first service at 600 miles about 2 years ago. What service would you do a full, part or wait till I get so more miles on it.

2. 2007> e.g. twin spark, some parts from 2005> also fit but if you stick to 2008 onwards you will be fine
3. yes do a part service before you take it out again just to make sure that everything is fine, your oil filter will be ok but i would change the oil.
