Default zzr pillion 148 mph record

His a very naughty man!
"Police have released footage of Paul Roberts, 43, reaching more than double the speed limit on his Kawasaki ZZR1400 on the M11 in Essex. The footage also shows Roberts filtering and undertaking at over 100mph".

Speeding Plus dangerous filtering so much that the following police did the same !!... Hum.
My point if it was dangerous then why did the police do the same ?..
Any way should have kept an eye out.....

Pretty much my reaction when I watched the video. It always disappoints me when they appear to base "dangerous" purely on the speed involved without explaining the circumstances that made it so. Still, having been on the other side of the fence so to speak I'm also well aware that a lot of the important detail goes clean over the medias head.

Lots of outside lane hugging going on

That seams to be an accepted practice on dual carriage ways now.

Actually there is a little tip there for the rest of us, beware of on ramps. They are a favourite waiting place for a little hunting so if you are going to make good use of a quiet piece of dual carriageway have a good look in your nearside mirror as you pass them (which hopefully you are doing anyhow to check for joining traffic). Coppers can bounce unsuspecting speed merchants from there even in a marked car, less alone an unmarked bike. Oh, and if you do see a nice big bike stopped on the ramp they probably haven't broken down......especially when they pull out behind you!

If you're not observant enough to check for possible police presence when speeding, then perhaps you shouldn't be doing that speed.

Nearly 150mph on a public road. Stopping distance at that speed is 1275ft. Not really much room for error there, is there?

I can understand why he wasn't checking behind him. It's kinda irrelevant at that speed.

If you had a solo busa' up ya chuff, he's got another 50 mph on you.
You still need to check the mirrors
