Default Rented Accomodation-How do you find out the Agent/Landlord?

As above, how can I find out who the landlord/renting agent is of a tenant renting a property?

What's the issue Dj?
Normally what we do (I work as a block manager) is write to the property asking them to contact.

If it's urgent structural issues contact the council as all have a team that can deal with it. That option will result in something happening

Stick on a high vis jacket, go round there with a clipboard and say you're from such and such pest control, you're trying to get in touch with the landlord for permission to inspect the property as you've found animal droppings etc in the vicinity. Works 50% of the time.
