Plantec Assist & H&R Insurance - Good

Had a non-fault accident just before xmas, called my insurance company (H&R) and they passed my case over to a company called Plantec Assist who also arranged me a loan bike which I needed for my commute everyday.

I googled Plantec and couldnt find much about them and what I did find didnt sound good but as I needed a bike, I stuck with them for the loan bike & they collected my sorry looking Sv, dropped me off a new NC750 & took mine back to their depot miles away for someone to come along and tell them its a write off. 3 weeks later I get my bike deleiverd back to me & had arranged to keep the bike to fix myself and use again. From start to finsh they did a great job, got me a good price for the bike & haggled for more when the 3rd partys insurers sent me a value based on a Curvy SV when I have a K3 650s.

Had regular updates by email & phone, same goes for H&R too - same case handler from start to finish who dealt with everything very well and recovered all of my loses for clothing, helmet etc etc - always respond quickly to emails so if you need to renew your insurance soon I can recommened H&R, to me how my case has been dealt with is what I would expect - no messing about or chasing up needed.
