I-405 freeway
I commuted on this (LA) freeway for 4 years before I changed jobs:
https://gfycat.com/deliriousscrawnycockatoo there were odd sections where it would pick up speeds but this video would be typical of a Friday evening.

Fun fact: odd number interstate highways run north/south, even number interstate hwys run east /west
