that fully depends on the system they are hacking first to obtain the necessities to be able to gain access to the password. you also have to remember that there is always a username involved as well.

That's a terrible table and the article behind it isn't much better. The numbers are click-bait and almost meaningless. Credential-stuffing attacks are much more common and the success rate is completely independent of the password complexity.
The most important message is never to reuse a password and to enable multi-factor when available. |
