Default street legal bodywork

Could anyone tell me where I could find some "street-legal" bodywork for an 04 (pointy) SV. I was thinking upper, lower, and tail.

Do you want OEM parts or aftermarket? 2 Wheel Junkie would be a good starting place for aftermarket... Can't think of anyone else in the states otherwise

Yeah, it's aftermarket I'm looking for. I was looking last night and found a site, it was just a little too much money. I also heard GSXR bodywork can be fitted to SVs.

Certainly can, but if you want to preserve your lights you're getting into a bit more work there... And I reckon it makes the bike look a bit fat.

Are you on SV Rider or SoCal SV? Those guys will be able to tell you a lot more about US companies...

I'd imagine the fatter the bike is, the more wind protection I would have, so it would be welcomed at times. I'll check those sites out.

IIRC the 2wj bodywork can be ordered with the head and tail light sections cut out for you. That is the only difference between their street and race bodywork. I believe the whole kit can be had for under $800 US (don't quote me though......)

www.sharkskinz.com is another one based over in the US, somewhere on the east coast. Can't remember any prices tho.
