Is Biking in your blood?
My great granfather was killed on his motorbike when my Nan was little. My two uncles on my mums side of the family were bikers and one still owns and rides. My Dad had bikes and when I was 7 took me out as pillion and took me to shows and rallies. I got my first moped at 16 and my step brother followed shortly after as did my own brother.

My dad always had bikes when I was a kid, and he still has a bike to this day

Hehe....none or so I thought until an old pic was found of my Dad on a bike in the fifties (I dont have an e copy of it, unfortunately). But oddly there are no other pics of him riding it or anything....
So yeah, owning a bike but not apparently riding it is certainly in the blood

I can definitely say that bikes do not run in my family. It should be interesting to see my family's reaction when I tell them of my slight interest in bikes.

My Dad had a bike and so did my Grandad... so yes. My first ride was on my Grandad's C90 at when I was about 10. He was nuts... talk about lean angles.
So if little Peter like's them he'll be the 4th generation family biker. |

My Mum's dad was a biker
My Uncle is a biker My Dad is a biker So is my brother my dad and uncle and both in the VMCC and ride old British bikes as well as modern stuff

Only in that my dad is John Surtees. No, not really........but he did used to have lots of bikes!
patronising bit for all you youngsters out there. John Surtees used to be world champion on two and four wheels!
