Default Heel plate protectors?

My sidis are scuffing the heel plates!

What can I put on them to stop it?

Thanks,

John

You can buy clear or carbon look sticky backed plastic from HG (or wherever ) Looks OK, when it looks all crap again, you can peel it off & start again... My SIDI's have wrecked mine too

My Sidi's have wrecked mine too, so at the weekend I plugged in my Dremmel with a polishing bit on and made them both mirror finished (just the heel plate, not the whole hanger) (as thats what the Sidi's had started to do anyway. They look really good now, and a quick polish while cleaning the bike should keep them looking tip top.

no worries boys, i got a plan.

all you gotta do is put your socks OVER the boots,

apply a bit of autosol to your socks and we will all have nice shiny heelplates soon we will be the envy of the land !!!

ok . . . .ill get my helmet.

Mine's all scuffed up to. My riding position has also led to the Sidi's scuffing up the frame just above the hangers .

Mine are lovely and unscuffed now, I just finished sorting them out after my last off.
Will show a select few on Friday night and might consider posting a photo when my card reader turns up.

You didn't go for some decent rearsets, like the PP Tuning ones, did you?
