Hi!
I´ve had my sv650s-03 for two seasons now...a great bike! However...I´d like to get a better sound! But... I´ve heard that if I put on a slipon, the bike might not run "as it should". Is this right? Or is it no problem to just put on a slipon without adjusting the injection with a powercommander? I don´t want to put to much money right now, as I just want a little "coolér" sound. And, because I must cut of the original system I need to be sure the bike run correct... I won´t change filter´s or anything else, just put on a slipon. Can anybody give me feedback on this operation? Please... ![]() Thank you! |

I'm running with a slip on, K&N air filter, and a cut down sv1000 snorkel on my sv650s. If anything it running rich by the last inspection of the spark plugs.
No problems, sir. Although you could make it smoother by remapping it with a yoshi box. Dan |
