If you're not worried about altering the geometry of the bike, shorter dog-bones for the rear shock, or a custom made taller shock will raise the back end up

from memory the rear subframe is bolted on - how about making some steel plates to extend the lower mounting point, that wuld raise raise the **** end.

is there no way to lift the tail a bit by regulating the origanal yellow rear suspension?, because i dont want to change anything about the look, shape of my bike, i just want to lift that tail a little bit so the undertail is more visible

@jambo shorter the bones that sounds like a serious work and changing shape/panels
if i should do that i wouldnt prob. be able to use the black little grill anymore (in the middle of the bike) @john maybe.... There must be some people here who already bought a new undertail and lifted the ass of the bike so they can show it of more? (without shapechanging) |

Thx, but i tought that it wouldnt be that "difficult" to lift a tail of an sv
![]() my first idea was to put the rear suspension harder or put a little steel plate under it so it would rise a little or is that a bad idea? |

Alternatively dropping the yokes through the front forks a few mm, will also do the same. HTH
