Default Jackin' up the rear end

Jeeeeeeez - what a job this turned out to be !!

Had done this before on a 1200 Bandit - no problem - about 20 mintues work.

On my SV though. I had to remove the side stand & the whole bl**dy exhaust system (excluding the rear header) before I could get the flippin' tie bars off !!

Still, it does look good now - well worth the 2+ hours it took !!

It does make it look better - honest !!

Still not as high at the rear as I'd really like, but anymore is gonna have be done by working on the subframe.

Pix will be posted as soon as the bike is back together - still waiting on the radiator.

Thinking about replacing the front end now with forks & calipers from a K4 Gixxer 1000 & bespoke top & bottom yokes !!

Talk to 21Quest as he's apparently just done this on his SV1000 naked, though I haven't seen it yet.
