Default Cheaper fuel. Hopefully!

Firstly, Happy New Year to all. Hangovers should have gone by now.

Got this link for action against fuel prices from a mate.

I know you are all thinkin we've tried all this crap before, but this one is slightly different & there ain't a catch to registering.

If we don't try, we don't get!

It takes less than a minute of your time.

i believe the biggest retailers buy petrol at about 3-4p cheaper per litre than the forecourt price so what's the point?

When you register you get an e-mail which claims that they have already negotiated a discount of between 5-10 p a litre.

If its not true them I only wasted a minute and added my e-mail address to yet another mailing list and if it is true them there is cheaper petrol, so whats to lose.

look at the flying pig!

seriously, it is most probably a load of bull.. probably harvesting a massive set of email addresses for sale .. as i said if retailers who buy petrol by the millions of gallons only make 3-4 p tops on a litre profit, then i fail to see how any individual/group of individuals can do any better!

I joined up to this a while back. I'm usually highly sceptical about these schemes, but this one looks v. low risk and plausible. My spam filter gets the viagra/africans wanting to give me billions emails, so even if they sell my email addy, it's no great loss.

Gnan......

Get yourself a copy of "Mailwasher" for free (or pay if you use it on numerous accounts and want extra features).

The authors site (www.mailwasher.com) is being redone at the moment, but you'll get a copy from http://www.majorgeeks.com under "Spam Tools". That will sort out the spam for you.

Cheers,

Garry

P.S. I signed up too.
