Default Please excuse my lack of technical jargon....

I got deeply depressed at weekend. All i wanted to do was go out for a ride but weather (especially in Manchester) wasnt good enough SO, i spent 4 hours cleaning the thing instead! And oooooh baby she looks GOOD now!!! Its shiney and glistening now, all over apart from (que jargon) that bit of pipe that comes from the top of my cylinder bit into my (shiney) exaust. One comes from each cylinder (i think) and then runs under my bike, joins up and then turns into the exaust. HOW DO I GET THIS BIT CLEAN??? Its a kinda rusty brown colour! Its NOT rusty but thats just the colour. The (what I'd call a) backbox bit is shiney as fook but I want the rest to shine too, especially coz its on show!!

Its as if it needs an extra coat of shine and no way can i work out how to do it!!!

A little help please????????

General shine tips will do!!!

Cheers folks.

It's called the exhaust downpipe.

For cleaning tips see Jonboy.
