Default Aplilia Falco SL1000

Made the big mistake of calling a dealer about an Aprilia Falco after reading about them in BIKE magazine...
and this is what I now have in my garage instead of the SV :

I had a Falco for a while, really, really grunty engine. I had the front wheel up on a number of occaisons, non of them intentional. You got the best colour option too.

Get yourself the factory cans & RSC chip, sounds amazing and goes like stink....

Have fun

Aye, it came with the Aprilia Racing carbon cans and the chip. What a racket compared to the SV (and I had a Scorpion race can on the SV).

The engine is a peach and comes with a slipper clutch and drump sump to prevent oil starvation while the front wheel reaches for the sky!

Fantastic bike and riduculuosly cheap for what it is!

'drools'

I very much want one of these in the summer, but I'm not sure how likely it is.

Well done young man, thats what I ride, but in the faster colour !!!

A good site is the apriliaridersite.com, UK based or AF1 US based both a great reference point.

A word of caution, watch the side stand! it keeps the bike very upright a simple mod from Jorge at Renegade £25 will cure it, also the std Blue shock is ok at best if you get the chance you can insert a mille one easily and it transforms the handling. Enjoy the ride, its a buzz :P

my brother had one. He called it his "hoodlum" bike because it had full exhaust, remap and lower gearing. I rode it once, scary! Nice bike!

I did a ride round France with a bloke on one of those.

Surprising! A real sleeper. Quick, good handling and understated.

Nice.
