Default "krazy" Germans make Corba replica into Veryon eat

It seems those renowned meisters of mirth have decided that someone, well fifteen someone's to be exact, will be daft enough to stump up $220K for a mega motor Cobra replica.
The shape that launched a thousand garage home build projects isn't relying on some old Pinto motor this time, no sireeee bob. Now there's a full 780 Cubic Inches under the hood, that's 12.9 litre to you metric buffs. From this whopping V8 they manage to extract 1200Bhp and even more amazingly get it to rev to 8000rpm. Flower pot cylinders punching at those revs must make some fairly incredible noise.
Word is there's no point in trifling with mere 0-100km/h stats as this hunk of wheel engine can run from 0-200km/h in just 4.9 seconds and 0-300 in under 10! If anyone on here buys one can I get to go shotgun?

" What happens above 5,000rpm (the engine delivers its world record torque of 1,760 Nm at 5,600rpm) is too much for human vocabulary. It’s more like Sol 5 on Starship Enterprise! You feel like being in a time machine with corners approaching so fast that you just won’t believe it. From now on, your brain and body have to work at maximum speed. Otherwise it is better not to enter this world… "

After reading the article on it, im a little sceptical. Now, when soemthing like this is engineered, the spec would read like that of a racing car, carbon brakes, 10 pot calipers and so on. The spec on the site states, super high preformance this n that.

Also 0-300kph in 10 secs is 186mph, now that im sorry, does not compute and i think a little poetic licence is used there.

However, its certainly a beast.

That looks silly.
All the subtlety and style lost, well I suppose it is German.
1200 horses in one of the most tailhappy sportscars ever made, good luck.

I'm sure Shelby will sue them as soon as he gets wind.
Even AC can't call their cars Cobras anymore.
