Default help with finding cheapish black/white retro style jacket

I'm looking for a 'normal' looking lleather jacket for spring summer short trips for a decent price (i.e. £150 max) as it wont be my main one.

I like the reto-ish black with white stripes look and have seen this one
at HG but don't have my size in Bristol and darnt order mail order as bound to be wrong ...but mainly bit much white on it.

Really liked this one but its a women's. Fitted fine anyway and found one in sale at Fowlers* for £129

Yeah, yeah

Anyone know of anything similar for similar money? We are blessed with bike shops in Bristol but none has a reasonable range it seems and HG continue to be oddly useless since the guy I liked left

[*I am not adverse to buying womens sizes as having short legs the fit is sometimes right in things like skiing gear etc. But the 'kid' in Fowlers made such a sneery fuss that I put two fingers up and cut off my nose to spite my face ]

I should emphasise I'm looking in the cheap end of the market here as its for short trips, odd days, summer only.

There's a really nice white and orange Berring one on the cover of ride. Well it beats wearing a reflective vest that makes you look like a dustman anyway.

I'm just bored of boring black, but it's hard to find places that stock more colourful items.

Have you looked at any of the Rawlands gear ??

http://www.rawland.co.uk/products/jacketsmen/index.htm

Web site's not too hot but if you watch the images change on the right hand side you'll see what I mean.

Good one Jelster. And there's a dealer in Hereford where I go regularly.

Cloggs, thanks for the offer its finding the size thats the prob. I was in Bristol HG and when asked if they could get some more sizes in the answer was 'If you think you really want it' . Its not like I wasnt asking for somwthing thats not a hole in their stock or special order. Apart from a few things its juts all odd sizes...2 smalls and an XXL etc!. I have been repeatedly unimpressed since about a year ago when the previous staff disappeared.

Do they have jackets in that type in other styles? Try one on and see if it fits. Even ask the branch to order you one in?
