About 12000rpm is my record if anyone has beaten that! |

The old drummer of my black metal band used to have one. When they get spinning they are really surprisingly hard to hold onto, and they build up your wrist power extremely well! He used it cos we used to play Emperor covers which necessetate continual blast beats
![]() They do work though, not just a strange gimmick! |

I got one as I suffer from RSI. It did seem to help a little. A friend of mine who races in the British Super Bikes was told not to use them I can't remember the exact reason something to do with building up the muscles in his wrists.
They're good fun if nothing else. |
