Followed a wagon into work this morning that was spewing massive amounts of diesel all over the road.
I made a note of his registration, is there anywhere online I can report him ? I had a look on the BMF/kill spills website but couldn't see anything. |

I believe in these situations you contact the nearest copshop and give them the reg number and other details so they can get it stopped ASAP.
I believe they have a legal responsibility under some health and safety clause to make it a priority. I could be wrong but i'm pretty sure about this one. Let me know if you find out diffrently, wont you. ![]()
