Default Running Lean?

Right, just a quick question reference some mods I've made. The bikes an K3 650S and has a high level leo vince exhaust with baffle out and a K&N filter fiited. Recently I've removed the air inlet snorkel to the airbox (gives a wicked induction noise ), I've noticed that the deposits around the exhaust outlet are a little lighter in colour than they used to be. Am I doing any long term damage?, I know that fitting a power commander would remedy this but I'm thinking of selling the bike soon so I don't want to throw too much money at it. Do suzuki do remaps of the standard ecu? (yoshi box?) and does anyone have an idea of how much it would cost?. Any advice would be much appreciated, cheers dudes

The standard ecu can be re-mapped on any rolling road that has a Teka or Yoshi box, these are able to adjust the fuelling. It does sound like your running lean IMHO I would get a re-map. Last one I did 12 runs and three hours £130 all in.
