Default What can I say........

What started as a bit of a joke, and then me deciding to throw it open to all those wanting to join in, turned into one of the best biking weekend I've ever had.

Paul, your organisation skills are 2nd to none, nd after being messed around at the last minute, not only do you have the patients of a saint, but your generosity shows no bounds. The effort you put in to sort us all out cannot be measured. On behalf of the "Southern Posse" I'd like to say Thanks. You're a top bloke (for a Northerner)

Mark, well you are a star. (Taran thinks you're actually super human, but that's another story....) The rout was fantastic, the roads great and the scenery superb. Again, another big than you from the Southerners. You'll now be a living legend with with the rest of the bike crew that Taran and I ride with..... Please change your forum name from "Amarko" to "SuperMark" for future reference.

And all the rest of you, Richie, Tim, PBX and the guys, your hospitality was amazing, thank you very, very much for making it a great weekend. You're only problem now is that we're likely to be back next year to do it all over again!

Thanks Guys......

Put me down on that list!

Really just an echo of what Jelster has said.

Big up to the northerners.

I'm not jealous of your roads or your scenery at all. Nope! Not me! Not a jot!

Your more than welcome up here anytime guys you know that

it's a real ****er that the black horse screwed up as the social side then fell down in one respect. (would have been really nice to chew over the days riding on saturday night ) a small problem arose on sat night (we all started drinking as soon as we hit the camp) so pillioning into skipton was off the cards pretty sharp

great to meet some of the faces behind the keyboard so to speak. and it was a really enjoyable weekend , thats for sure.

big up to ed (fizzes missus) great riding and our lone female rider on the day. (runs and hides if there was any others )

all in all a top day see my posts in the saturday and sunday threads below

Well what absolutely brilliant weekend, the roads, the route, the scenery, and the company, it was all second to none.

Big thanks to everyone involved in the organisation it was a rideout to be proud of.

You boys up the front were riding like demons, one day i hope i can be up there with you but firstly i think I'll need a bit more practise and secondly i think I'll need to get me one of them there proper sports bikes. My poor SV was run ragged, but it did me proud and my ride to work seemed very dull and boring, my favourite bend no longer seems like a bend.

Once again thanks again to everyone, it was good to meet you all and roll on the next visit

I've just got to add my thanks to everyone who showed, especially those from slightly farther South. Riding with you was great, even if I only got to see your rears (some more atractive than others ) it makes you see familiar roads with new eyes.

Anytime you are up this way, let me know, you can always use us for a stopover.

For the PM chaps - just great to be out on a run again. HUGE up to all those who did their bit on the organising front. Shame I missed the socials
