Default question about a k3 swingarm.

just giving the bike a clean and i noticed a gap of about 5mil where the swingarm pivots on the frame now i know nothing really about the workings of bikes but should this be like this? could someone else with a k3 onwards bike check theirs to see if its the same?
cheers
darren.

My K3 is being serviced today, and when they rang me earlier on, the one out of the odinary thing they did have do was tighten the swingarm which was a little loose I'm told.

Will have a look at mine when I see it tonight and compare.

It's not a gap, the piece that you can see with the thread on is the pivot, it is screwed into the frame on the right, and the plain piece of it that you can see butts up against the swinging arm and holds it against the left side of the frame.
